Newsletter of OMTA Eugene District

 is published monthly, except July and August, and is posted on the Eugene District website prior to each monthly meeting.

  1. Please make the greatest use of  by submitting news about you or your students, coming events, recitals, workshops, and any information or suggestions you feel might be helpful to the membership.
  2. The deadline for publication of all materials is shown below. If you miss the deadline or have additional news or announcements, you may submit them any time between issues of . The items will be forwarded immediately to the entire membership by email.
  3. Event Chairs should submit news about their event for publication in the two issues prior to the event. A summary of the event should be submitted for publication in the issue following the event.
  4. Please write news, reports, announcements, advertisements, etc. exactly as you want them to read when published. The editor will not re-write articles.
  5. All materials should be submitted by email whenever possible. Attachments should be in MS Word or PDF file format or copy and paste text directly into the email. If you choose to use the USPS, please mail materials at least 3 days before the deadline.
  6. You should receive an e-mail announcement with a link to the new issue of  before each monthly meeting. If you are not receiving this email, or if your email address has changed, please notify the editor.
